At Colored Organics®, we want you to love your organic cotton essentials. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unwashed, unworn organic garments in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
